The standard lead time to produce a Henkipod from start to finish is roughly 12 weeks, but this may change to accommodate yearly holidays, the delivery of materials and the waiting list. We are still experiencing the aftermath of Covid and a lot of materials are in high demand and are taking longer than expected to be delivered. This may have an impact on your lead time for your Henkipod. Remember that each Henkipod is bespoke and made to order to fit your requirements so therefore we do not have one that we can grab ‘off the shelf’ and deliver to you in a week. This is just not feasible as our beloved pods are not mass produced. We ask that you are mindful that a lead time may change and this is often out of our hands.

The cost of a Henkipod may change to accommodate the rise in the cost of materials and components. This is not to increase our profit margins but simply to cover the cost of the rise in prices. We will often let you know as soon as we know about any increases but our terms and conditions do allow for us to make small adjustments to the final price.

You can collect your Henkipod from our premises in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire where we can go through the essentials and show you how to connect an awning and camping stove if you have selected these options.
We can also deliver at an additional cost and this depends on your location. We aim to deliver to as many places as possible but we cannot guarantee this service for everyone.
